Pumpkin Pie Smoothies

Want a slice of dessert without the processed junk? These Pumpkin Pie Dessert Smoothies are divine and will fulfill any serious dessert craving! Makes 2.

Ingredients:

3 frozen bananas
15 oz can pureed pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
1 cup unsweetened soy milk* or water
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup oatmeal
3 Tbsp maple syrup
4 dates
2 walnut halves (optional)
1 Tbsp dried cranberries (optional)

Directions:

Blend bananas, pumpkin, spice, oatmeal, maple syrup, dates, and soy milk until smooth. Depending on your blender, you may need to stop to scrape down the sides or adjust the liquid in the recipe. Pour into two glasses and garnish with walnuts and cranberries.
