Packing List Suggestions

Please tailor this list to meet your needs. 🙂

  • Clothes (layers, comfy, movement/yoga, fluctuating weather Low 40 High 60) 
  • Coat/warm stuff (We’ll be outside Wed morning and it will be cold)
  • Footwear
  • PJ’s
  • Cozy sweater/sweatshirt/blanket 
  • Stuffed animal or comfort item(s)
  • Bandanas/handkerchiefs 
  • Pillow case (optional – can make it feel more home-y)
  • Item to charge on our altar, if you’d like
  • Journal (you will be provided one, but if you have a special one you also want to bring, feel free)
  • Yoga mat (let me know if you need one)
  • Yoga props (I will bring some, but if you have your own, feel free to bring along)
  • Flashlight
  • Nightlight (if that makes you more comfy)
  • Watch/Alarm clock
  • Herbal bug spray (I’ll have plenty to share)
  • Sun protection, if needed 
  • Water bottle
  • Food, if bringing your own 
  • Hand sanitizer/face covering/anything you need to feel protected
  • Toothbrush/toothpaste/floss
  • Soap/shower stuff (if you plan on showering)
  • Any medications, braces, assistive devices or personal items you need to stay healthy, safe, and comfortable
  • A willingness to be open in mind and heart, be kind and patient with yourself, and to allow the natural unfolding of our experience together

If you’re camping:

  • Tent
  • Sleep pads
  • Lots of layers and blankets
  • Pillow
  • Anything else you need to feel safe, warm, and comfortable
